Graduate programme
The Leo Lynch Graduate Programme is a 12-month structured development programme designed to provide graduates with exposure to the key disciplines within the business while developing the technical, commercial and professional skills required for long-term success.
Graduates will rotate through four core disciplines of Engineering, Quality, Commercial and Site Operations & Delivery.
Each rotation will last three months and will consist of:
- Week 1: Classroom-based learning delivered by subject matter experts
- Week 2: Practical project-based learning and assessment
- Weeks 3–12: Site-based experience supported by an assigned mentor
- End of Rotation: Reflective journal and presentation of key learnings
In parallel with the technical rotations, graduates will participate in a structured professional development programme comprising self-directed Learning modules and facilitated workshops.
