Leo Lynch’s graduate program is structured around the four key pillars of knowledge that engineers will need to succeed in the industry. The four key disciplines which make up our graduate program are technical engineering, Quality engineering, commercial awareness and site based project experience. Graduates will be exposed to a mix of class based learning and practical real world experience in all four disciplines which will provide the framework of knowledge needed to build a successful career within the construction industry.
