Turnkey installation of semiconductor and photonics tool-install within a state-of-the-art research facility

Since the completion of their first major project together in 2007, Leo Lynch has supported Tyndall with all subsequent semiconductor installations to date across the Cork campus. Works have included tool removal, move in and services hook up, all with minimal shutdowns within the live campus facility. 

For this project, Leo Lynch provided mechanical, process and electrical services installation for semiconductor and photonics tool-install. The project involved laboratory refurbishment and various semiconductor equipment including PVD, PECVD, ICPCVD. Services included ultra high purity gases, bulk gases, pure/ultra-pure water, acid and solvent wastes, and acid, solvent and general exhausts including all heating ventilation and Air Conditioning. All semiconductor tools were offloaded and positioned by Leo Lynch.
